Last week, the Liftworks team had the opportunity to attend Liftex 2025, the UK’s only dedicated exhibition for the lift, escalator, and access industry. Organised by the Lift and Escalator Industry Association (LEIA) and held once every three years, the event brought together over 4,000 professionals and more than 100 UK and international exhibitors under one roof to showcase the latest products, innovations, and services shaping the future of the industry.
Representing Liftworks were Lee, Pep, Pete, Andy, with Tony joining them on site. The event offered a prime platform for the team to deepen relationships with existing suppliers while also reconnecting with long-standing colleagues and industry partners whom they had not seen in quite some time.
The Schedule
Wednesday began with productive meetings with suppliers, providing a valuable opportunity to discuss ongoing projects, explore new product developments, and share insights on market trends. In the evening, Liftworks enjoyed a convivial meal alongside key partners RALOE and Global 1 Partners. This informal setting allowed for relaxed conversations and strengthened partnerships beyond the usual business environment.
Thursday was equally engaging, with the Liftworks group spending the day visiting more suppliers and reconnecting with familiar faces across the exhibition. The scale and diversity of the event made it an ideal occasion to catch up on the latest industry advancements and exchange ideas with peers who share a passion for innovation and quality in lifts and access solutions.
