Liftworks is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our dynamic team. As a key player in maintaining our reputation for excellence, you will provide top-tier technical support and service to our clients—we have a couple of high-profile entertainment and sporting arenas. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to getting lifts diagnosed and running efficiently.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize client downtime.
• Install new systems and verify their proper operation and safety compliance.
• To help with technical advice on the phone with service/call out engineers to aid progression and knowledge.
• Stay current with industry advancements, tools, and best practices to continually improve technical capabilities.

• Extensive knowledge of lift controllers and systems from old to new units.
• Solid technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• NVQ Level 4 qualified.
• Proven problem-solving ability with sharp attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently and within a team environment.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic and service-related software and tools.
• A valid driving license.
